Our Commitment to Sustainability

At Odlums, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We are on a journey to creating a positive impact on the environment, with our partners, and the communities we serve.

Supporting Local Farmers:

We source where possible our wheat from local Irish farmers, supporting the local economy and reducing our carbon footprint.

Renewable Energy:

We proudly purchase renewable energy from Cronalaght wind farm in Donegal, ensuring production is powered by clean, sustainable sources.

Recyclable Packaging:

Our commitment to sustainability  extends to packing our foodservice  bags of flour and flour mixes in  recyclable packaging.

Animal Feed Production:

Each year, we repurpose over 8,000 tonnes of pollard (a byproduct of milling) into animal feed, ensuring that nothing goes to waste.
